Luxor, a city with history, is located in Upper Egypt and was the capital of Egypt during the time of the Pharaohs. You have to get up early for this trip because the day trip starts as early as 4:00 a.m. (depending on where your hotel is located).

We start the journey in a large and comfortable bus, which is equipped with air conditioning and a toilet. The journey to Luxor is about 300 km and during our journey we enjoy the view of the Egyptian mountain panorama.

First stop: Karnak Temple

The first temple we visit is the largest temple in Luxor and is called Karnak Temple. This impressive temple complex will impress you with its size and amaze you with its history.

Crossing by felucca

After visiting the Karnak Temple, we travel to the east side of Luxor in an oriental boat, a so-called felucca. This traditional boat trip offers you a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the Nile up close.

Colossi of Memnon and Temple of Hatshepsut

Our next stop is the Colossi of Memnon, two huge stone figures that tower impressively into the sky. Afterwards we visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, one of the most beautiful temple complexes in Egypt, which is dedicated to the only female pharaoh.

Lunch on the Nile

We enjoy our lunch in a restaurant overlooking the Nile. This meal gives you the opportunity to process what you have already seen and admire the beautiful scenery of the river. Of course, you can relax comfortably.

After an eventful day in Luxor, we review what we have experienced and visit the old city center of Luxor as the last highlight. We return to Hurghada around 10 p.m.

Pick up from the hotel

Yes, we pick up all guests directly from their hotel in Hurghada and bring them back to the hotel after the tour.

For the transfer from El Gouna, Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh to our destinations in Hurghada and back, extra transfer fees apply. From 1-4 people 15 EUR and from 5-10 people 20 EUR per vehicle.
