For most tours, pick-up takes place directly at the hotel. Please let us know your hotel and room number as soon as you know it. A WhatsApp number would also be ideal, as we have had good experiences with communication here, it is often easier.

Please inform us in good time. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. After that, we will try to find a fair solution together with our partners.

Yes, of course! Please only ask for photos of people beforehand. If in doubt, your tour guide will help you on site.

Yes. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. After that, we reserve the right to charge a partial fee depending on the effort involved.

Yes, after booking you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with all the important information. In the case of bank transfers, the final confirmation will be sent after receipt of payment.

Depending on the tour, we recommend: sun cream, sunglasses, swimwear, camera, possibly drinking water. The exact recommendation can be found in the respective tour description.
