Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded with your booking via tourstar-hurghada.com.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Tourstar Hurghada, Sheraton Road No. 4, Hurghada, Egypt, e-mail: [email protected]WhatsApp: +43 664 2364666 or +20 100 6580017) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or WhatsApp).

The deadline is met if the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the deadline expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including any delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your revocation. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment.

• the performance of the service has only just begun,
• after you have expressly agreed that execution may begin before the deadline,
• and you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been provided in full.

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. day trips). As soon as a specific tour has been booked and organizationally prepared, withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
