Pick up from the hotel

Yes, we pick up all guests directly from the hotel in Hurghada and bring them back to the hotel after the tour.

For the transfer from El Gouna, Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh to our destinations in Hurghada and back extra transfer fees have to be paid. From 1-4 persons 15 EUR and from 5-10 persons 20 EUR per vehicle.

Steps in the booking process

After your successful booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive any further information from us within 24 hours, your tour is considered to be booked.

Please send us your WhatsApp number and your hotel name, if not already provided when booking, so that we can plan the pick-up.

We will contact you again by WhatsApp or email shortly before your trip. It is therefore helpful if you leave your cell phone number in the booking process.

Cancellation conditions

  • Up to 48 hours before the start of the tour:
    Full refund of the booking price.
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour:
    50% of the booking price will be retained, 50% will be refunded.
  • On the day of the tour or in case of no-show:
    There will be no refund.
